Free Shipping
Artis offers free shipping on:
- Orders $99+ within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands
- International orders $250+
- Orders $300+ to Australia and New Zealand
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. Orders below these thresholds are charged the rates shown at checkout, calculated by destination and order size.
United States
Standard shipping is $8.00 and arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Express is $15.00 and arrives in 1 to 2 business days. APO and FPO addresses ship at our domestic rates.
Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from our warehouse in Red Hook, New York. Artis ships via USPS, FedEx, and DHL, and we select the carrier based on your order size and destination. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery estimates are business days after dispatch, not after you place the order.
International Orders, Duties and Taxes
We ship to 27 countries, and most international orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days of dispatch. Prices are shown in your own currency, and duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout for supported destinations, so there is nothing to pay when the parcel arrives. Redelivery Policy
If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, you can opt to have it redelivered. Redelivery shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be invoiced before the package is resent.
Damaged, Delayed or Missing Parcels
If tracking has not moved in five business days, or your order arrives damaged, email customercare@byartis.com with your order number and, for damage, a photograph. We will replace it or refund you.
