In short

  • All pricing is shown in US Dollars.
  • An order is a prepayment. We ship once payment clears.
  • You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's permission, to order.
  • The price that applies is the price at the moment you place the order. Shipping and fees are shown before you confirm.
  • We ship with USPS and FedEx. A signature may be required.
  • Card details are handled over SSL encryption by a third-party gateway and are not stored by Artis.
  • Local duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
  • Orders are limited to 10 units.

Payment

Products remain the property of Artis LLC until paid in full. Shipping costs and any fees are shown before you confirm your purchase. Payments are processed through third-party gateways. Card information is handled over SSL encryption and is not stored by Artis.

Cancellations and changes

Orders move quickly once submitted, so we cannot change or cancel an order after it is confirmed. Please check your details before finalising. For returns, see our Refund Policy.

Discounts and promotions

Offers cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be applied retroactively. Subscription services and gift sets are excluded unless stated otherwise.

Price adjustments

Written requests are honoured within 7 days of purchase, for items bought on byartis.com only. Adjustments, excluding taxes, are issued as store credit in the form of an e-gift card. We cannot match expired sale prices, and no adjustments apply to shipping, clearance or final sale items.

Samples and gifts with purchase

Samples and gifts with purchase are limited to one per order and are subject to availability. They must be redeemed during checkout, and damaged samples are not reshipped.

Final sale

Final sale items are not returnable or replaceable, and promo codes do not apply to them. Limited Edition Gift Sets, Fluenta Collection brushes and Collection Displayer Sets are final sale. Warehouse, Anniversary and Final Sale pages may carry factory seconds, discontinued products or items with minor cosmetic damage, in limited quantities while supplies last.
