Press the top actuator pump down a few times to dispense an appropriate amount onto the fiber bundle, a microfiber cloth or a paper towel, then glide the fibers across the cloth until the residue releases. For significant residue, massage the spray into the bundle and rinse under warm or hot water until the water runs clear. For very tough residue, repeat. Reshape and allow to dry.
